Blueberry Tahini Smoothie

This smoothie is SO good. I am in love with tahini anyway…I could have it in anything, and it is a really good source of plant based calcium.

You see it pictured here sat next to the wild flowers my son Caleb collected on the walk we did the other day with my Dad. Caleb wants to be an archaeologist when he grows up. He asked me on this walk though if he’s ‘allowed’ to have 2 jobs, as he wants to be a botanist too. David Attenborough was brought up where Caleb was born, in Leicestershire. There must be something in the air!
